Product Impact Studio in Perth, Western Australia.
About
Some of the world's most important problems aren't short of ideas. They're just short of digital products that work.
Too often, when products are designed, the people who are least well served are the same people who get the least attention.
We think they deserve better.
Betterkind is an independent product impact studio headed up by Perth-based product leader, creative and community builder,
Jenelle Dellar. Jenelle works with organisations in health, not-for-profits, social impact and purpose-driven businesses to turn important problems into digital products that actively contribute to improving the lives of individuals and their communities.
The process
Discover
Find the opportunity worth solving.
We uncover unmet needs through research, stakeholder insight and market analysis — turning complexity into a clear product opportunity.
Define
Focus on the problem that matters.
We clarify the users, problem, value proposition and strategic opportunity, creating alignment around what to solve — and what not to.
Design
Turn insight into something people want.
We shape product concepts, experiences and business models that balance human needs, organisational goals and commercial potential.
Validate
Test before you invest.
We rapidly prototype and test ideas with real users, challenging assumptions early and building evidence for what deserves to be built.
Build
Turn the opportunity into a product.
We translate validated concepts into an actionable MVP, product roadmap and delivery strategy — working alongside your team or leading the product function.
Measure
Know whether it's actually working.
We define the right product, customer and theory of change measures, creating feedback loops that turn evidence into better decisions.
